Hulk Maquette (Age of Ultron)

I have the gray hulk just invoiced to me and will soon be here.....Sadly that is the last thing I have on order with sideshow other than the new Spidey PF which I pretty much got for free with me points. I have to say I am officially done cause of escalating prices and the falling Cdn dollar value.

Like the movie but no thx to this movie statue. Something about this one that seem to dilute the movie. Maybe it is the awkward pose or the mess-up juxtaposition of the metallic base and the asphalt surface.

Hulk looks like he is otw to see a chiropractor, his back is aching.

Not sure why people are complaining about the price so much? It's a huge piece and prices have risen a long time ago from when the last Maquette went up. Macquettes always been expensive anyway

Maquettes have always been overpriced, if anything. This Hulk Maquette, as the previous one, has absolutely nothing more than, say, the new Hulk PFs. PCS Kintaro is 450$ paid in full, nearly as massive as this thing and produced in much much more limited quantities.
People like to think that Maquettes are more expensive because "hey, it's a Maquette!", but that's a gimmick. It's true for characters that require some actual intricate work, like Predators, but this Hulk requires no extra effort than any other Hulk out there.

Well, its not more expensive cuz it's a maquette...its expensive because Legacy gets a cut. With the rising prices of everything by SSC, its no surprise to me that this is $750. I just don't think the statue they made is worth what they are asking. When I bought the first Hulk Maquette, I thought it was overpriced as well but I really love how that one looks and it was my first Hulk statue purchase. I'm sure someone thinks this is the perfect Hulk for them and will have no problem paying $750. It just seems like most of us in here are not one of these people

I'm pretty sure you won't have any issues getting this for a lower price at some point in the future.

Awful. At the look of that base and price you'd think this statue as a whole would be much taller than 24".

And yet it's 14.5 pounds heavier than the first one. Weird.
