I too saw this one in a Marvel store inside Universal Studios Orlando. I would be surprised if it wasn't made by the same company that made your Hulk.

they look like they're from SM3, so i would assume that they are long since gone. since i'm sure the only reason that these Hulks are still around and cheap is because of the size of them. which of course makes them darn near impossible for most people to display properly or at all.
