I've been reading that they won't/can't deal with any issues because they are not an Authorised Dealer.
I've had two IA pieces, both with issues.

It is in a very specific FB Group, and you would have to be a member to see it, but it basically happened right after they posted a 30min interview with XM from the Singapore Con. The guy basically lost it because he has been sending the reviewers free product to get his brand out there, and he didn't like that they were so prominently featuring XM.... here is the quote and keep in mind that this was in a very public group with over 2000 members

Going to be honest I would be scared ****less if I had anything on order from these guys. They have apparently lost their Marvel license, are in danger of losing their DC license, and are getting outdone by Prime 1 and XM for The Transformers. Not to mention their owner just went bat**** crazy all over a review website because the site won't stop reviewing all the other companies. Honestly, protect yourself guys. this company is in trouble.

No denying Danny's outburst was extremely inappropriate and disrespectful and will definitely hurt IA in the long run. However, it's one thing to blatantly insult someone in public media, its another thing to give some very grave accusations about IA without evidence.

One of the staff of IA has given a statement behind the matter in regards mainly to some accusations made to IA

I myself fall in the catergory of giving benefit to the doubt(I'm refering to the accusations and not the whole drama itself)

You know, I've met so many people from all walks of life, from many different cultures, and with differing levels of education.
I've seen people become overly frustrated and angry to the point of losing control.

Now when I hear someone respond with these exact, very precise and deliberate words that I have quoted above, I can't help but think......

If it is true i am not going to take any risk and cancel my pre orders, but if this is only there to make the competition of xm and prime1 look bad ...
