Anyways these are from around the year 99-01 if I'm not wrong.
These are called RAH 220 and they're about 9-10" in height and are 1/8 scale.

I would not recommend these as they arent really that good poseability and quality wise(mainly because they are the smaller, older and cheaper version) of what we have now.
