The only reason I've stayed away from the Myers figure is that the mask isn't removable. IMO if a mask comes off in the movie, it should on the figure as well. I like the Leatherface and will probably eventually add him, but his nekkid arms are little funny looking

Get the Thomas Hewitt version fromthe remake. MUCH nicer. And no bare arms.

Thomas Hewitt is may favorite 12"...you cant go wrong with him..Along with Jason Prt 3,these are my favs....I love all my 30 or so SS 12" figures but I cant get enough of those two...simply the best!!

For some reason I have really come to love my Highlanders latley...since Kurgan arrived I have been spending alot of time looking at them...I think,right now, Origins Connor is my fav Highlander fig.....If I can only get an Origins Kurgan life would be perfect!!

Actually, I think Michael Meyers is a pretty lousy figure, too. Huge jumpsuit, Bad hair, and weak paint ops.

Why? Because of the severed head/no excl. repeats thing? If it's attached to a body, and resulpted not to look dead, it doesn't count as a excl. repeat. That's why the Jango helmet Mace comes with is all dented. The one that eventually comes with Jango will be shiny and new.

But you REALLY can't go wrong with S-Mart Ash - he's just too damn good!

Let's not forget Blackbeard and Vlad. Two of my favs, along with the Creature from the Black Lagoon.

BTW, It always amuses me when I see Pammy show up someplace. There are actually a number of photos that I really wish I could get a buck everytime they get used - she's one. Another one is a brand new one...

If you're only sticking with Modern Horror, go for the Englund version of Freddy. Very well done, and adds a different dimension to the display.

Might as well get a Part 4. 7 is nice as well, you can pick him up off ebay for around 25 bucks.

Do yourself a favor and drop on the Pt 3 Jason, you lose a little articulation, but it is just a sweet figure. If you have some leftover cash the other Jasons are typically more affordable and they are all real nice.

I agree that the Hewitt Leatherface is a better figure, but I can't get down with remakes, especially that one. The original TCM is just too damn creepy so I would have to go with the old school.

Just checked out Jason Part 3 eBay... $175 BIN!

That's a bit pricey for me.

I like the Hewitt figure but would have liked the original Leatherface better but don't like the arms!
