As far as the desperate customer calls and emails, I can imagine what it must be like. I remember my first experience with a damaged collectible (it was actually my very first purchase from Sideshow, about 5 years ago ), and the email I sent was definitely less than calm and polite. But to their credit, the CS folks were both calm, polite, and very quick to get me a replacement.
