I'm curious does facebook sell information to youtube or have data links for chat options?

I'm on youtube looking for a star wars vid to ref with a general discussion in the general grievous thread and all of sudden in the advertisement section a chat box blue just like facebook uses has a person who lives in the same area chatting with me saying hello when I dont even know them?! And I know it's facebook because I recognize the chat bubble. WTF? I took a pic with phone as proof. I checked facebook and nobody shows up in chat options?! WTF?

Do you have Facebook or Google linked to youtube? You have to watch that stuff. I try not to link anything together.

Nope, I never link anything together. I have google+ but it was automatic came with email. Facebook I got back in 2011 and that was before I used it a lot. I have all privacy sessions on. F'n weird. Thanks for support Ween, I like to think as everyone as family here so it's good to know someone cares.

Every once in a while on youtube, if I'm signed in, it will ask me if I want to use my real name or my youtube name and it wants to link me with google. I tell them no, but maybe somehow they linked you. Do you use google chrome?

Yes I use google chrome as main. But was never prompted with that allowance. What's even weirder is when before google+ my youtube name was seperate. It asked a couple times to link my real name for google+ I declined. So yeah... However I think I may have do some research, my computer was recently hacked 2-3 months ago.

Those are fake ads meant to look like Facebook. Same as when a website has a pop-up that looks like Windows Explorer claiming "you have a virus." You don't. Not unless you click on the pop-up, that is.
