I actually do think it's an issue if you consistently represent your product with something substantially better. I know it's not intended to be malicious, but it does, in my opinion, fall into that oh so vast grey sea of dishonesty.

The issue, I suppose, is two-fold.
1) The production piece not being up to the considerable standard of the proto.
2) The idea that it is even possible to achieve such paintwork in the factory.

Fact is, we all got what we paid for. We thought we were getting a better value than we were, but the fact is, what we got was well worth $65. Honestly, looking at the proto, I would expect to pay no less than $120 for something that looked THAT good! We may have a right to expect more, but I don't think it's realistic or even moderately feesable.
Is it dissappointing? Yes.
But, as The Dread Pirate Roberts says," Learn to live with dissappointment."

Or just find yourself a new giant, that's all.

Hey, anyone that bothers to quote The Princess Bride is a wise man in my book! :clap

Actually if he is going to quote Princess Bride he actually only says "Get used to disappointment". If your going to quote a movie on this site you had better get it right. Lots of nerds in these parts. LOL!
