yes, this one is much closer to what I am talking about. but the beep and the flashing of the lights are not quite right. can this one be used to make phone calls? or is it a prop?

Phone calls are received like a normal phone, to dial out a separate black box is used.

At the time I think it was around $250. The guy was from somewhere in South America (I think.) The beep is much better in person. It may be a little distorted in the video.
