Limited to 888 worldwide pieces???, think I can imagine the price tag now and unless there is a purchase limit of one per customer/address, these could be sold out in a blink of an eye if the figure and final details/tailoring looks great, then the price will double or triple by those who buy multiples just to flip them and get a financial gain, have no problem with that, I simply don't pay those prices and keep on walking even if I REALLY want the figure. I really want a "20 century Highlander/McLeod" but these limited runs and preorder windows to secure one and a specific date/time zone to be on the lookout to place order is no longer my "game". Glad someone is making licence Highlander figures from the first movie, hope they look great and at least if I can not get one, admire it from the distance.

There can be only 888!

Are all of these companies trying the new Hot Toys "manufacture scarcity fomo" marketing now? I missed getting a Bucky and that edition size was 3,000 do I even bother trying to get one of these? I understand its an older IP and was never the Juggernaut the MCU was when Winter Soldier hit theatres, but 888? They haven't released anything I was interested in before but it seemed like all of their other releases were up for order for months. Is this just Iconiq's version of a chase figure too?

This is the first time I'm seeing that sculpt. It's really damn good. Depending on price I might go for this. I have a soft spot for this movie, as I was heavy into this film and franchise in the '90s. I had a huge foreign poster of this on my wall in middle school and had to drive about 45 minutes away to see Highlander 3 in the only theater showing it around me.

None of my friends were into this by the way, and this was pre-internet. So, this goes to show you the universal power of geekdom.

Me too! Despite my dislike of the Queen tunes and some very cheesy parts I'm still strangely fond of this movie. Also that one scene where Ramirez is training Connor is awesome. The musical score by Michael Kamen for that scene alone 'Training MacLeod' is glorious.

Queen's "Who Wants To Live Forever" fits the film. And Queen's "Princes of the Universe" fits the TV series.
