Do you think I can fix this myself?
Because this is clearly a problem of badly positioned skeleton in the arm!

I can't understand how this goes through quality control, they don't test the joints!??
It's a Nightmare...

I have the Ryu and Ken from Iconiq who have the same body, and I've never had this problem.

First of all sorry to hear that you received your Akuma like that. Sounds like a real pain...

If it really is just the metal joint that was somehow positioned backwards under the silicone you could try to slowly and carefully rotate it back into the right position. Like bend the arm a bit and push it a little in the right direction then straighten the arm again so the silicone can adjust, then just repeat it again and again until the joint reaches the correct position. I think it is worth a try but just take it slow and don't put too much pressure on the joint. Good luck!

I remember my Ryu had a funny arm, I think the same thing. It's OK now, think I just moved it around. I pre-ordered Akuma but may eat the NRD, the wind has come out of the sails of this Iconiq line. Chances of Guile, Zangief etc seem very remote.

I was honestly in the same boat as you. I feel ever since Andy left things seem different with Iconiq maybe he knew something which is why he bailed. I cancel all pre orders with them and sold most of the figures I had. Kaustic plastic can have my money instead
