Ideas for a 1/6 Selene (Underworld)?

Hi guys,

One of the many projects I've got planned is a 1/6 Selene from the movie Underworld, played by Kate Beckinsale.
Does anyone, who has already made a Selene, have any tips for me on what parts to use?

After checking out the Triad Toys site, I was thinking of :

- Wetsuit 1.0
- Double Breasted black Corset
- Night Runner black Coat


But what to use for a head? The SS Anna Valerious head maybe? (Does anyone have a close-up of that head, by the way)?
And for the body?

Thats not the Anna head thats a BBi Hispanic head repainted.

Some dude on Ebay did a pretty cool looking Selene with the SS Anna repainted and it sold for like $600 or $800 (can't recall). Now he's pumping them out like crazy with a starting price in the $300 range.

Can't blame the guy, I guess. If people are dumb enough to bid...

Looks like he might be using the Andromeda 12" Beka Valentine bodysuit. The SS Anna comes with the correct corset already. And the jacket isn't even top of the line Triad stuff. Looks like the 21st Century "villains" line.

Another good alternative to the SS Anna head is the Cygirls A.J. McLeod. Pretty close resemblence, but she's a little tough to come by:

Yeh he sold one for $800 before... Ive been watching his auctions... quite a few he relist em and still post the same pics as the ones he sold before... hmm...

Im sure he uses coolgrey60percent to buy spare parts and strips what ever he needed to make figures then sell off what ever left... Just some hints... if you look at the stuff he bought using "coolgrey60percent" matches what custom figures he made to sell using "sixicecubes". Also the auction layout is pretty much the same

Hi my friend.
Here my Selen and she's not expensive compare to sixicecubes :



I will try to help you as much as I can, here my recipe :
I bought the wetsuit from figuremonsterdepot on Ebay.
I started from the 12" Sideshow Anna Valerious and I just keep the corset and the entire body/head.
You don't need to buy another corset, bur for a better balance, you will have to cut the belly of the Sideshow (about 8mm : 4mm, navel, 4mm).
And maybe her thigs and legs too 5mm each.
Use Apoxie sculpt to keep the line 'cause the suit is very tight.
Then you will have a normal female size and the corset will cover enough her breast and her hips.
You will have to modify the corset, cutt off the button and add some clips on each side and paint it in black.
If you can repaint the face to give a pale vampire skin and her specific cold blue eye.
One trick is to not switch her head to a Takara body or she will looks like Mr. Mackey from Southspark.
The hardest part was to make her hair straight, good luck about that.
The boots comes from 12" Jinx and add some leather lace all around, but you can almost use any boots as long as they don'y have high heels.
The holster comes from Mulder/Scully glued on her suit.
I don't know if you want to have her leather coat, in my case, I prefer her without cause the coat will hide her silhouette and if you can find the pictures of her real coat, it's full of details, a regular coat won't be enough.
Here you go, I give you my recipe, you can now start your own Selene but remember, you can start from the Sideshow Valerious.
