I'd suggest rubbing the edge of the cut with sand paper, that should do the trick.

Well, I know it's not a denim jacket, but it looks close enough to me anyway. I used a Wesker STARS shirt with the sleeves cut off. It's a LITTLE long in the waist, but I think it works. It was a straight cut for me too, so what I did was snip all the way around those cuts with scissors to give it a fraying effect. Then I hit those parts very carefully and lightly with a bit of white acrylic paint.

Just pull at the cut threads, just like you would real jeans. At least that's whar I did to mine.

Ah, it's cause I've been busy with school and this Winter Break I'm trying to spend more time with the family rather than "cooped" up in my room sculpting lol.
