I was just about to bring up Karma, too.

My mom used to say that when things like that happen - it's best to do your part to "set things right". Because whatever pleasure you get from the hardship of another (in this case - the person who should have received it) - will be short lived because the universe has a way of setting things right.

I'm not that superstitious, but man - she's been proven right at least 5 or 6 times. lol

We are now getting posts that confirm that they are not just shipping random items from the warehouse that are otherwise unaccounted for. In that case, the only people missing out would be those who are waiting hopefully on the wait list. In reality, the items are pieces that other customers ordered before they sold out, and paid for in full at the time of shipment. Anyone who holds on to a misdirected order is literally taking something from its rightful owner, and I sincerely hope that all these packages get rerouted to their proper places.

I'm just horrified to hear these stories about wrong shipment by Sideshow lately :horror

How could someone mistakenly ship a Jaws maquette for a Frank Black figure :confused: It's either someone doesn't know how to read, completely blind or intentionally screwing up these customer's orders :tap

Hey EU-ers. We apologize for the funky-ness. Here's a message straight from Cindy (our in-house EU guru):

There was an issue with one of our European warehouse’s programs which caused item numbers to become mixed up on several orders invoiced during the week of October 16th through 20th. This error has been corrected and any orders invoiced after those dates will be shipped correctly.

An email was sent to all customers affected by this program error on Monday, October 30th requesting that they contact us immediately at ‘[email protected]’ to set up date to have the incorrect parcel(s) retrieved so that the proper item(s) can ship.

If you have received an item that you did not order, please do not open the product box to inspect the goods and please do not opt to keep the item. It has a warm home and a loving family waiting for it somewhere else in the world.

We ask that you send us an email at ‘[email protected]’ with the subject line “Wrong Product” and provide a date convenient for a pick up. Just as a note, we may need up to 48 hours to book a pick-up with the courier and receive a confirmation, please take this into account when choosing a date. In addition, in an effort to make it more convenient for you, we can have parcels retrieved from work addresses and friends’ or parents’ homes.

Please rest assured that the staff at our European warehouse can read and speak English quite well; this appears to have been an instance of a machine uprising and offending forces have been neutralized. We extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused!

Cindy is a real doll (ha! geddit?). She was extremely professional and responded speedily to my e-mails.

It's going to be like Christmas when I get home today though, I'll have the following stuff waiting for me :-
