They've always bent over backwards for me, even when I only wanted to bend them over forward. :rolleyes: They haven't updated their site since I've known of them, so they're loosing out on newer cart technologies. Yet, they seem to have everything well in control. They appear to me to be precise, ordered and disciplined. Still, I think there would be something in place to stop an email notification of your order, if there was any possibility that they couldn't meet that order.

I could only get into the 'update your credit card info' page too. Hey King, I thought you ordered around the same time as the Red Ninja was posted up in this thread. Did you get an email notification? Depending on the date you may still be in. I got an order notification on 8/3/09 and a follow up confirmation with order number, on the following day, 8/4/09. Good luck.

Thats why I went to check my account, but no info :dunno
And I deleted my emails. I never save email confirmations cause all the
sites I order from have account details available.

That's why I mentioned 'ordered around the same time as us', because it was still available around the end of August, so you should be right. You did remember to order didn't you, butt comic? I hate seeing you get the 'did I get my order in in time' DT's, bottom jester.
 
i have never had any problems with them and i have used them for a while. i don't remember ever having pre-ordered or paid for something when they didn't have it or had over sold it. if you email them and check they should be able to let you know. their customer service and response time has always been great.
 
I will just cross my fingers, it looks like a great figure. If the order doesn't come through it's really nothing to get really upset about though.
 
These look like better Ninjas(on TT's) then SS's Storm Shadow..now fight me for 3 days!!!. :lol

That's a HT body right? The hands won't fit on the ignite body?
 
I ordered a couple Reds a few nights ago and got this e-mail the next day so I assume they still have some available.

Cotswold?? Oh No, they almost overcharge on everything. Did you check with Ken or Gail at Goodstufftogo.net first? Maybe they will be getting those outfits to. They rarely have a heavy markup like a lot of other people, *cough*. Maybe on future orders check with them first.

Red Ninja is a Cotswold exclusive... and they have great C.S. IMO...
 
Yup. Only at Cotswold. The have good service. Not going to sweat over a few extra bucks.

truth. and $58 is far from being 'overcharged' given 1/6th prices...especially for a cool exclusive. and the guys at cotswold are pretty cool and have always been helpful in the past. that goes a long way.
