Found it, here it is:

-1 for Vold

Paid for the item but never received.
The problem is that I haven't used paypal as the seller is in Russia where he claimed he cannot receive money from paypal, so instead I used bank transfer to him. I feel regret and should use paypal.

It's kinda awkward though that Vold received this negative feedback while he is away helping out in Japan.

Exactly, I'm just saying it's "awkward". I hope the buyer did not leave negative feedback right away, and gave a bit of time before deciding to do so. Unless, it was already a month and he didn't get any confirmation that item was shipped out.
