The only "must have suits" for me are the Mark 42 and Iron Patriot. I will most likely cave and get Igor when he is goes up for p/o. Not sure about some of the others, I'll have to wait and see what else Hot toys is coming out with before I make my final descision.

Maybe. Else it can also be a perfected Mark 42.

I must say, that's a pretty solid list. Every one of those suits either had the most screen time or were the most visually distinct. I wouldn't mind seeing Hot Toys tackle all of those suits in 1/6 scale in some form or another.

Removed the already confirmed releases, seems the top 3 are also the 3 other suits which received the most promotion leading up to the film

Looked to me like the suit had a limb or two cut off from the battle before Tony jumped into it.

I can actually see Bones being a good Power Pose series candidate. That way they can focus on all the little details and not worry about articulation. It'd be cool if they made it so he came apart in sections and could somehow be displayed that way.

I wouldn't buy a PPS of it that was like the Mark 42 but I would buy one that was like Red Snapper (with most of the normal articulation).

They're not half-thought up from a design perspective. There's some wonderful well thought out mechanical design in pretty much all of them. At least that's how I feel.

I know I'm in small company in this respect, but I buy toys because of their aesthetic appeal rather than their relative importance in the narrative of a story.

This should be the golden list for HT, especially since these ten plus Tony, PPS 42, IP, WM2, and Mandarin would be in line with HT's original quote of 15 figures from the film. 'Doesn't account for Killian and Potts though; hopefully their possible inclusion (or guaranteed inclusion; who knows what HT has already written down) wouldn't oust the least-marketed suits on the list, Bones and Nightclub. I would love to get that red and gold Nightclub.

Same, the figures aren't really to represent my favorite films or film scenes their to represent my favorite characters and i'd love some non red suits to go with my MK VII and Igor doesn't count for me.
