Tbh I think the likeness is off. It's a great sculpture and the paint job is top notch, although the skin color is too dark and the hair should be black, not brown. But my problem isn't with the paint but the form itself. I just don't see Quinto in it.

Face on Spock seems a little wide, but I like it regardless. I would prefer that he is looking straight ahead though. This line is going to absolutely kill.
