Great choice reloaded will be an easy bash for you to do, check out CMToys Hacker World... A boot,eg head and outfit set for reloaded Neo it came out last year and is a decent score for 60 bucks, it has all you need.

Of course Kato did his own last year too and it obviously destroys that one... But he only offered full figures with Sunohc's sculpt and it cost a pretty penny.

Most probably, Im sure it wont take them a YEAR more to get these out, but please dont hold my word for it. Im just giving a logical answer. The Demon's head sculpting started in First week of April and in end of August we are having the shipping whereas preorder payment I believe started in May after reveal of the full proto. So preorders are much before actual production for sale.

Of course, but interesting is a relative term

Im not sure about this, you must ask Denny directly. But I think the discount is on the figure not on shipping as per the rules

No... VIP status gives you benefit to order before preorder period, thats it. Nothing more, maximus hasnt even been teased by Denny for anyone to be able to preorder it, so I think when it comes to that figure atleast, there will be no added advantage for a VIPs order other than a 10% discount... so itll be quite easy for just about anyone to order it, regardless whether they are VIP or not...
