Seems OSK had the standard Batman for $380, so hopefully Superman will be the same.

I remember when $260 was considered on the more expensive side for a figure, sucks those days are long gone.
I remember paying $215 for DX06 Jack Sparrow thinking “well it’s Jack Sparrow and Johnny Depp so it’s worth it to spend that much on a character I really like” feeling like I would only spend that much on the figures I really wanted. Now we’re well above that for a standard HT figure, even before their recent advancements due to competition with InArt.

I got my DX15 a couple months back for 3x that and still feel a twinge of financial regret whenever I look at him :lol I really think $500~ is going to be the figurative ”soft” cap of the mass produced market for a long time, and maybe a bit higher for the real popular and well-known characters (Harry Potter), before the majority of people start responding with significantly fewer purchases

For sure. I feel that way when I look at my DX08 that I purchased after also purchasing the MarsToys KO :lol I’ll be giving it even more of a side eye whenever the custom clothing is done and arrives.

To your later point though, I’ve cut waaaaay back and have sold roughly 100 figures since late winter/early spring this year and still selling stuff. Trying to really narrow the focus and purchases now more than ever.

Supes shouldn't be more than $500 anyways seeing as it looks like there's no rooted hair option or giant diorama- that we know of yet...
Sculpted hair Aragorn is 300-350$, I don't remember full price but I remember it was something like that. I don't see a reason for Superman costing as much. Yes it comes with second head but with a bare minimum suit and accessories. Let's see. I hope they didn't get greedy.

I have too many figures, so, in the spirit of buying less (not yet downsizing), I'd be willing to pay around $500 for a mass produced figure if the quality is high and the pace of releases is slow. I have found that, as my collection grows, I'm more interested in quality and having the best representation of a character. If $500 gets me an INART Gandalf the Grey or a Hot Toys Artisan Anakin (assuming that figure turns out all right), then I'm willing to spend that much, particularly now that mass produced figures are starting to rival much more expensive customs.

I know this is a wrong thread, but guys do any of you have this sculpt? Just found randomly on ebay. Likeness is off but I kinda love the hair, with some tweaks can make a nice Clark. :monkey1 :monkey3

Imo mouth and jaw look too low, entire face looks too narrow, and the eyes and brows look pretty far off.
But, some glasses might hide some of that. After all, no one would be able to tell it’s the same person :wacky

There are better custom sculpts out there (and recasts of those sculpts on eBay) specifically made for the Clark look that I would buy over that one if I was in the market.

Paid only 17$ so lets see how it actually looks. It's just a random 3AM purchase lol Thank you.

Exactly :D

I just got a message from OSK and they said that pre-orders will open in September. So that means any day now.
Nice, I hope he isn't over 400$ but if he is that's OK since we can save for quite a while, he likely won't be out until probably end of next yr or 2025.

I kind of regret not ordering the Joker, but at the time I wasn't willing to risk that much money on an unknown company.

The Batman went up for order when I was selling the last of my 1/6 collection, but I'm considering getting back into the hobby a little. A lot of new figures coming out that I like. If I can find the standard Batman when it releases, I might get it.

Thank you for your continued love and support of INART. In order to keep INART collectors up-to-date with product information, I will focus on responding to recent questions from collectors at home and abroad in this video. Of course, if you still have any questions, please feel free to leave them in the comments section.
Firstly, about the brand INART. We were founded in 2021 and are part of the same company as Queen studios. The difference is that INART specialises in 1/6 collectible figures. Our team produces and promotes a range of international film and television licences, international animation IP licences, and pop culture related 1/6 collectible figures. Through handmade rooted hair technology, movable eyes technology and precision face sculpt and painting techniques, we hope to make the most accurate interpretation of the characters themselves, so that collectors get a collectible that can make you immersed in the scene instead of a toy.
Secondly, about our recently shipped figure Gandalf and Pennywise. Gandalf, as well as our other figures, have rooted hair made of wool and we hope collectors could understand that there are slight variations from one piece to the next, as the rooted hair process is done by hand.
Regarding what some collectors have shared their feedback on wanting all movable eyes in the future to be like Pennywise’s implementation of single stick operation for each eyeball. We will consider it carefully. The reason why Pennywise is designed this way is also to recreate the image of the character’s asymmetrical eyeballs. Just like the one-by-one rooted hair technique that is currently only used on Pennywise, it was also designed to recreate the broken hair at the front of that expression’s hairline in the film. Everything we do is about capturing detail and recreating reality. Whether or not these two techniques will be applied to other figures in the future is also determined by the needs of the character.
We have also received some questions about Aragorn and The Batman figures. Our team are working hard to increase our production speed and efficiency without compromising on quality. Both of the figures are undergoing tweaks and changes to make improvements to the final product. These improvements include The Batman’s head sculpt and cape. Aragorn’s belt and belt buckle. As well as his boots and armour and the addition of an official channel special black cloak. It looks like collectors are eager for updates, and we’re working hard to achieve the finest figure possible.
Many collectors are also curious about updates on the Harry Potter figure and line. INART have plans to develop this line further. At the moment, we’re keeping our cards close to our chest with regards to big announcements. We have some exciting plans for this line that won’t disappoint. Make sure you keep an eye out for updates.
Finally, there are many collectors concerned about Superman, Michael Jackson and Paul Atreides from Dune. Superman is expected to complete the optimisation and adjustment within this month, and the relevant news will be posted on the official account in time. Michael Jackson and Paul Atreides from Dune is still in the supervision stage, there are some details need to confirm with the copyright holder. Hopefully, we can meet with all collectors as soon as possible.
