I know, I know, and they have been nice in the past to grant it or just say sorry we cannot.

Other fellow collectors have had same experiences where they got a one time courtesy. I have been buying from him for many years. And look, if I would have been an ******* from the beginning ans demanded it, I would understan his smartass response, but I justvasked him of it was possible. I did not even play the 'as a one time courtsy' or 'other companies have done it' or 'as a loyal customer for many years' card. No it was straight up if it was possible as a store credit. I see no harm in asking. You never know if you do not ask. I just did not expect what happened and being banned with a bunch of money and preorders investes.

And I admit, I was an ******* too after he responded. But do you expect me to let just let him ban me and keep the deposits of all the items?

If he hadn’t banned you in the first place, were you intending on paying off your preorders with him? Or was it that after the argument of trying for store credit, he just banned you not allowing you to pay off your preorders?

Of course I was planning to pay for all of them. I just hate the Phoenix Joker after the second movie. But whatever, i would have either lost the deposit or gotten it and sold it. I just though Id ask. I did not demand or anything like that. It was like this:

"Is it possible to cancel the figure and the deposit as store credit? Thank you."

That is all I asked. Does it come out as bad or demanding?

The way I see it, you dont lose a single thing asking a police officer to just give you a warning instead of a ticket.

If Im not mistaken, I have received about 10 packages from him this year and since I did not have access to my banned account, I was on the phone with the Paypal rep where we were just going over amounts and some item I preordered where together. It is hard to remember what is what if you do not have access to your account.

But it worked somewaht since that made him come out here and is willing to work things out.

As for the Facebook stuff, I have no idea what he is talking about.

Some good people feel guilty when they ask to cancel preorder, putting down the NRD. I do make exception for special cases, but for you?? really? you think the $$ we made from you over years enough to pay off a $1300 INART JOKER????

The rule is simple and clear, you put down the NRD and we find the way out, sometimes we can sell for better price, sometimes we stuck and selling at a lost or even not selling at all

Apparently this is coming today! As of this morning when I checked the last tracking update was in Georgia and wouldn't get to me till Friday. Very excited to get this, and glad I'm home all day today

Looks so good! Will definitely need to get an Unreal drape cape sometime next year for this figure. I only currently have a wired one that I was going to use for the DC Direct BvS statue

Some quick photos with some editing. This guy is awesome! Had the Hot Toys JL Supes and am blown away by this one. However, a word of caution. Be careful when plugging the flight pole into his back. The peg for mine wouldn't come out so I had to wrap some string around it and pull like hell. Thought I was gonna break something, but all is well.

Will be messing around with this figure some more tonight!

I'm liking Unreal's cape too. But I can't see myself going drape with all the beautiful pictures I'm seeing with the wired cape.

Got mine today after thinking he would get here this upcoming Friday. He's way better than I had expected. The pictures I've seen led me to believe that he was a little pale and nothing prepares you for the shine and sparkle of the body and suit together.
I did the shoulder mod and I'm very happy with how he looks. Can't wait to put him with the rest of the League.

This is the best photo I’ve seen of this figure. I agree that a lot of the other photos make him look very pale and tbh kind of soft, features-wise.
This shot really showcases the Cavill likeness

Thanks. Yeah, I'm glad I pulled the trigger on him. I really wanted the hot toys justice league superman and I almost jumped on him a few times, but from what I've seen this guy is superior. I'm also glad I waited a little to order him from onesixthkit as I think I got one from the second batch as I had the plastic sleeves around the arms, thereby avoiding the plastic in the armpits sticking to the suit.
