Those customs are beautiful. The cape just needs to be longer on Superman. Should be pretty much floor length.

Part of me thinks it’s pretty funny/interesting that for the longest time, all these customizers had only been working on BvS Superman; but, once this InArt figure released, nooooow they all of a sudden want to do custom MoS figures. I’ve seen them pop up all over my IG recently. Makes me wonder if there will be an official MoS 2.0 coming
Really hope so for MOS, loved that film

Love MoS (and the suit) as well. I’ve got fond memories of it and rewatch every so often. But I was more than happy they decided to go BvS! For DCEU representation, I really just want the BvS Trinity for the iconic moment it was and cause it means best Batfleck suit.

Since we got floor length I personally can't stand shorter capes now.
It depends on the character. For Superman it works fine for Batman he's better with the long cape though I'm not opposed to shorter cape as long as it's not short like to his butt. Lol

Ok, how the hell have you guys popped his chrome shoulder pieces off to do the broadening mod?

I’ve grabbed pliers and still can’t budge them.
Do I need to unscrew the entire arm?

@rory is a knife or heating required here? I see the mod originated with you.

EDIT: I jammed some scissors under there and just pushed to rip them off the glue.
Only a minor scuff as a result.

I think it’s because InArt’s BvS Superman got so much right that it satiated the collectors desire of a proper 1/6 Cavillman. It did for me at the very least.

Now that InArt took care of BVS superman, a lot of collectors attention and focus has now turned to another version of Cavillman that still hasn’t received a proper 1/6 figure, MOS.

That’s how I perceive it anyhow.

I get that BUT, both versions of Cavill's Superman figures had been in dire need of upgrades, arguably MoS more than BvS, even before the InArt version was revealed or even before InArt was a company at that; yet, customizers were previously only focusing on modifying the BvS/JL version. The BvS/JL figures were already leaps ahead of the MoS figure at least in terms of the way the costume was made along with painting the underlying body with silver/chrome; therefore, those needing less work than the MoS figure.

Part of me feels customizers realize they can't get as much money for their BvS Superman customs any more due to InArt's figure, so they have to finally focus their sights on the other lacking version.

Whatever the reason, I would hope the interest in custom versions of MoS benefit us as they sometimes do, meaning it could show there is interest in one; therefore, finally getting an official 2.0 with today's tech

Mmm…I dunno, I guess it’s because since BVS/JL are the more “recent” films and despite the many attempts with the portrait, collectors were still seeking out better, far more accurate options.

But your theory makes a lot of sense.

And whenever we see unofficial stuff start popping up, that usually means something official is on the way. *crosses fingers*

Honestly I’m waiting for someone to recast IA’s Cavill portrait and repurpose it into a Geralt and do a production run and sell it on OSKit 😇😇😇

Speaking of upgrades, customisers will be working overtime on this one !! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: What a disaster !!!

Personally I don't think it's possible to save this one.....suit or movie.

Someone on Facebook put the MoS suit on the InArt body.

It's certainly better than standard MoS but if anything it shows how undersized and somewhat shapeless the lower part of this body is, especially for BvS

Looks good…What padding did you use for broadening the shoulders and do glue the chrome shoulders back down once you’ve broadening them ?
