I bet this is one of their higher produced figures so far thanks to the global licensing. Sure, not as popular as some established franchises, ironically since this predates most of them, but it’s gaining fans, myself included.

It’s high for those who already complain about Hot Toys pricing.

UK/EU always gets shafted. Flat shipping rate to US but 50-100 for Europe.

Same situation as ordering Hot Toys from Sideshow or Weta or Prime1 statues direct from the manufacturer.
Going the official route simply simply offers no benefits to the U.K. Even if we were still in the EU, the sheer lack of any distributors in the region has always meant Hong Kong resellers are the only viable option.

Is anyone else surprised that pre-orders are still up for the figure? Thought they'd go pretty quick. I want to grab one but I feel a bit uneasy about them maybe making more of these than they can handle which may lead to quality issues.

Not at all. It’s not exclusive or a timed order window. It’s just a general release.
InArt take orders for like a month and then base their production around the number of orders taken.

I am very tempted to order this because I think it looks great!

But I’m worried that InArt will only make Paul, and I would like to have at least two characters from Dune.

Have there been any indications that InArt will make any other characters from Dune?
