I’d still prefer P1 Chani next but I’m all for Part 2 representation, and they gotta make Paul too.

If they make P2 Chani, I hope it’d bring everything to cover all looks for her throughout, including the Fedaykin armor.

Also, something to consider. She doesn’t really have long strands of hair down her face in the second film, so imo, I don’t think it’d warrant a rooted sculpt. I wonder if they’d make blue scarf sculpted or fabric.

Bit the bullet and just preordered one of the standard versions from Specfiction. I hear they're the slowest to ship, but it's still better than paying secondary market fees.

They essentially wait till they obtain all their allotment before allowing the freight to leave China port and receive in their warehouse in Costa Mesa. Only then do they distribute them out stateside to the end user. They take forever.

I find it funny when people blame INART for not receiving certain figures but it’s because they ordered through Spec that they’re still waiting.

I can't speak for US shipping but to the UK they sent my InArt Batman direct from China.

Spec ships InArt products directly to you from China now, doesn’t go to him in California first anymore.

That’s what I was told from Todd via Email.
Yes this includes US customers.

Okay. Noted. I was talking about US. I believe Rory is in the US.

Doesn’t change the process for US buyers, it still takes forever to receive stateside before US buyers get it since they wait to receive all allotment before freight is on its way to Costa Mesa, CA.

Good for UK buyers. I still wonder if they still wait though. Or if they’re like OneSixthKit who sends out in batches aligned with INART as they receive it.

Yeah I still had to wait quite a while, but once it was shipped it came in 2-3 days from what I remember.

Re-read.

I think displays are highly personal things.

I wouldn't put different era SW (or even different film) in the same space.

But I do have a Wastelander shelf with Hardy Max . Furiosa and Joe, with Wez and soon to be Dementus. And I think that's fine?

You don’t understand. They wait until they receive all their orders before they distribute out to the end user. It’s how it’s been this whole time.

People could’ve ordered Day 1 for x INART figure, but that won’t matter since Spec will wait to receive all INART units before shipping out to their customers. Hence, why people are still waiting on their figures despite their place in the rolling batch system queue. Hell, in the last month or so, I’ve even seen some people say they were still waiting on INART Gandalf of all things. When asked who they ordered from, they’d always respond with: Spec.

Todd has mentioned this is how it is for Queen/INART products.

Starting with Superman that won’t be the case. Purchasing from InArt directly you will receive it quicker than a shop or reseller like Kit of course.

Okay then!

That’s great that they switched distributors starting with Superman for INART figures going forward, cause while they’re entitled to operate as they please, I was never a fan of how they’d do it prior.

However, the question still remains if they’re going to have their distributor send out to end user as soon as they physically receive it from INART or if they’ll still have some buffer. Regardless, that’s promising/reassuring. And for me personally, I still wouldn’t purchase from them when OneSixthKit exists. Or in this case, buying direct from INART themselves (which is what I did for Paul).
