A little water on a brush works well to futz it about or even a tiny bit of gel and tweezers to style it up.

Inart have said they'll send me a replacement fix for the breather nose piece. Thankfully I can fix it. I won't be using it again though I'd be way too nervous.

Same. They say once they get confirmation of pickup they would send out the correct item in earlier emails... so hopefully that only means a few days after, but seeing how it's almost 2 weeks and we still haven't been able to send this back dunno.

They must've ****ed up a sizable number of orders, can't imagine all this would be worth doing for only a handful of returns.

I'm still honestly nervous that there will be another issue one way or another, this whole situation feels like they're scrambling.

I received a UPS notification of incoming package from Toynami/InArt weighing in at 4lbs. Should be here next Thursday. I thought Toynami was sending us the return labels first. Maybe the package with rooted sculpt will arrive with return label for sculpted one.
