Looks just fine to me mate, and yes your right each one is unique and looks different.I think Lord Farquaad its a little to much lol but ok, i seen a few people include in this thread with the same hair as mine, but in any case InArt would never replace for this reason they for sure gonna say the rules of the warranty.
"The figure’s paint and rooted hair are hand-crafted, and minor differences are considered normal." or the "do not tear off or damage the first express delivery note on the product’s outer box, provided by the factory, agent, retailer or first buyer."

I washed my Pattinson Batman twice, blow dried and then styled it numerous times until I got the look I wanted and still the hair is solid.Different companies. Different glue. Different hair. Different styling product. No reports of InArt hair falling out.
No need to panic.

These photos are PHENOMENAL! Love the statues as well! Welcome to the forum my friend, looking forward to more poses and photo!Heey guys new to these lands, i collect mainly statues and my hot toys all have sculpted hair, I'm getting used to rooted. I received my Aragorn a few days ago and in general I'm very happy with the figure, but I believe mine ended up being from the short hair batch, I tried to "adjust" it and align it as best as possible with water, brush etc, with the elven cape I feel it looks much better. What do you think is it really too short or is it a good size?
I didn't have any factor with my Gandalf and he came out practically perfect out of the box, Aragorn however gave me some trouble.
