Photos don't do it justice.
Kneeling unaided.
The sword is so sharp it pierced the plastic in its travel to Oz.

If InArt can keep the bar high with Legolas,i feel Boromir SHOULD be done!!
Would be such a huge win for collectors if they can keep the sculpts THIS great!

Time to get back to reality now.
Will upload these last few pics and come back at a later date once I've kitted him out.

AMAZING figure!!!

I think your head is on too high

OSK. Kit was very helpful and I'm glad that he covers the shipping costs to Inart and back to me 👍.
It's weird, I also have problems with my Aragorn HS (the worst I've seen among all the receptions ) I was in the 1st batch, so I have been waiting for a long time (since September 12) and I still have no news of the replacement, I did not have to return my HS either :unsure::unsure:

Oh, that doesn't sound so promising. What defects did your head have exactly?

You have certainly already seen it before even if I have not yet published it massively on social networks, I am waiting for the response from InArt which apparently does not arrive..
I think I'll contact Kit this week

Sad to say the same thing happened to mine. It arrived with a foot peg that wasn't glued onto the shoe. I didn't take the HS out of the container because I was waiting to hear back about the foot. When I finally did because they asked me to try gluing the part that the peg goes into on the shoe myself (wasn't going to work, if you've seen the boot, there is no way to glue something in the foot part with the height of the boot) I also noticed my sculpt has the exact same chip on the nose. Kit is going to open a case with them about it but I will also have to ship it to them on my own dime. I'm in the states and haven't priced it yet but I'm sure it'll be at least $50 to HK.

Kit has been amazing and I understand QC issues, they happen, but their handling of them is kind of off putting for how much they are charging. This is my third figure from InArt and I have 4 more on order but this does give me pause for any other figures from them.

InArt's attitude towards its customers in the event of a problem is ridiculous IMO - expecting the customer to absorb the cost for a "premium" figure and to resolve any issues. Especially for a relatively new company who takes forever to deliver. Good images and proof of purchase should be all that's needed, like with Sideshow.

Just makes it easier to NOT order from them; their customer service is hardly "premium". If I ever order from them again, I know ahead of time it's sort of a gamble.

Agree totally. Slowly but surely I seem to be changing the way I feel about them as a company.
