Its a tricky one, but was Arthur wearing a pin stripe suit in the hotel level?

I think it was a solid suit with a striped shirt no?

He had a pinstripe suit very similar to cobb.

I don't remember him having pinstripes except for the white shirt.

In that first pic, it looks like there is a pinstripe pattern on his pants.

Here is Cobbs/Mr Charles outfit from the hotel scene

It does seem i was wrong on this, i now no longer believe this is the Mr Charles suit, i think looking at pictures this is the suit he wears when he boards the plane

The suit he wears for Mr Charles is slightly grey in colour, stripey white shirt and a spotted tie, thats what i am getting when i look at the pics on the inceptionmovie.com gallery

I think on closer inspection the TTL suit i had down for Cobb is actually better suited for Arthur, you can see a pinstripe in his suit so this is what i think

looks like a nice suit however i prefer the TTL and i think i would prefer to maybe get Kato to look at the shirt

I agree. the shirt is horrible on that suit but i think the rest looks nice. the TTL seems alittle too big for arthur. his suits seems slim

i agree just i dont see many better alternatives to the TTL to be honest, i am sure on it will look nice and fitted

I love the leather jacket look, i tried that first and it was just to difficult to get the right pieces together so i turned to suits

I know that in terms of bashing a suit almost feels like a cop out, but I think that if we can get the outfits accurate enough they'll shine through the fact that they're "just suits."

Absolutely

I never get that ''its a guy in a suit'' thing either! They are seriously cool movie characters and done correctly like you say they should shine! With some lovely accessories they will look great

I never get that ''its a guy in a suit'' thing either! They are seriously cool movie characters and done correctly like you say they should shine! With some lovely accessories they will look great

the accesories is really what makes the figure not just a guy in a suit. the suitcases for one and then the totems

I think the TTL grey suit might be perfect for Cobb, its much darker in hand than shown in pics
