What a surprise….all the negative nellies out for a spin after 1 trailer….

Looks fine to me so far. Good production values from the sets, wardrobe and action sequences…

thats about all one can say?

Definitely tome travel….Dial of Destiny? That has to be a time travel plot device.

Wheel of destiny... that’s what I would have used in the title. Dial sounds like their trying to find a channel on the radio or something...

It's a medium trailer. Nothing spectacular, but also nothing terrible.

That cgi head tho

Also, is this a Millenium Falcon/Han Solo reference?

Trailer: moderately interesting.

Appropriated bullet-holed uniform: more interesting. :lol

Waffen-SS Hauptsturmführer (Captain) with what looks like the shoulder cyphers for 1. Panzerdivision "Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler" and shoulder boards piped in white for motorized infantry/panzergrenadiers.

Original LSSAH shoulder boards showing the cyphers:

Iron Cross, 1st Class

Infantry Assault Badge in Silver

Iron Cross, 2nd Class (Ribbon)

Winter Battle in the East 1941-42 Medal (Ribbon). (Created 26th May 1942)

The last time Indy had a run-in with the LSSAH was The Last Crusade, when it was still an infantry regiment.

I think this looks quite good.

I like the setting and the concept of post WWII Nazi's working with the US and potentially getting up to no good. Voller's (Mikkelsen) motive of wanting to "correct some of the mistakes of the past..." is interesting. "There is something that could make the world a much better place to live in. He would love to get his hands on it". It ties into flashbacks and time travel nicely.

I liked it, and I'm looking forward to seeing what they've done with the younger Indy scenes, I just hope I'm not blinded by lens-flare or have to watch ridiculous scenes involving vines, bad cgi and monkeys. Whatever they did to the famous soundtrack in the trailer though was awful, they butchered it.

I enjoyed the trailer but I also don't think every movie is made to attack my personal beliefs. I'll see it and if it sucks it sucks. Worth a $6 matinee gamble to me.
