Yep, FP has prob got the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Their reputation is getting tarnished more and more as time goes on. Don't know of anyone who is happy with their service.

not really, i ordered when they were apparently still available only to get an email to say it wasnt in stock, did anyone actually manage to get it at this price?
