did you ever give the ins. company a demand? Or did you just submit docs and ask them what they were willing to give you?
no, i did not give any demands. i get a sense of the psychology the adjuster is using by establishing such a drastically low offer… and you are right… to achieve what i think is fair, i will have to start high as i do not want to start negotiating at my desired figure.
