Interest in a Tom Waits

Been a pretty big of this guy for a pretty long friggin' time, and given the recent announcement about his much-deserved induction into the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame (https://www.mercurynews.com/breaking-news/ci_16867621?nclick_check=1) I would love to put together a Tom Waits. Been talking with Rocco about our possible next project, and while this wasn't on the table, I'm sure he'd be up to it. I've love to do a hobo version, like in that Rolling Stone shoot he did awhile back with him singing into a rusty old tin can while standing on the railroad tracks. That image sticks in my mind. Thinking accessories would include an old fedora, a tin can and maybe a megaphone.

Clothes would be easy to source, so I probably wouldn't even consult with a tailor. Just use what's on the market. And thinking about using a narrow TT. Post if you'd be interested in:

1. Full fig
2. Painted head
3. Unpainted cast

And I know Ada Chang did one a while back (I actually have it). But it's medicom size and I know Rocco could do a waaaay better job. Post if interested!

Great news for Tom.

I know Trevor Grove is a huge Tom fan. A sculpt from him would be a grail. I'd be interested in seeing what Rocco comes up with before I'd commit.

What sort of an age range are you planning for the sculpt?

I was thinking something around the Mule Variations range. And I'd personally kind of like an open mouth version, and include either a tin can microphone or a megaphone or something as an accessory. Open to suggestions!
