Just saw this thread.
I have been, over the last few months, slowly altering an Ada head to suit myself, didn't intend ever making more, but am posting it to see what you guys think. Got it enlarged since this, to better 1/6 scale, and am still trying to fine tune it to my own prefs.
I have closed his mouth, and receded the hairline...smoothed him here and there, especially the forehead. Tucked his ears in a bit. He was a bit Dumbo in that sculpt to me. Softened the areas over his eyes and made them sag more.
That's the Ada's on the left, my revised version on the right.
Front on
The pics are in black and white so I can see what I am doing with the putty against the material. It is too distracting with mixed shades. More to do, but about where I want mine to be.
Not sure if anyone else likes this, or what, but thought you might want to see it at any rate.
Let me know what you think so far. Painted I think he'll look much better, but I won't know til I get the chance to. Might be a couple of weeks before I know. He's not as smooth as that God figure headsculpt, but that one is almost too smooth to me. Nice sculpt though. Didn't even know that one existed.
Anyway, comments welcome.
Pics coming, when I can, of it painted and on my figure.
