I played around with the developer stuff they release a while ago. They are on the right track but I won't give up my FF yet. I was not a fan of the way Ie8 rendered some text (that is just my person nitpick outside of they other standards issues IE8 had). If they can fully incorporate a lot of needed things from CSS3 and start looking at putting HTML5 stuff in there (even though the spec isn't finished) I will be happy.

Sorry this is coming from an SE & UI Developer.

I'm using it on my laptop, I'm not overly impressed. It isn't really that different than the other IE in my own personal usage. I do like the yellow notification bar at the bottom, to save files and alert instead of pop-ups but other than that it feels like the same thing just a bit more polished. I'm just an average user so I can't speak to the tech side but just in the usage I see nothing to get overly excited about.

I may give it a try. I'm getting a little tired of FF always wanting to update add-ons and it seems like FF takes a good 3-4 minutes from the time I engage the icon until it finally shows up on my screen. It didn't used to do that.

My school will not allow the use of alternate browsers (you can't DL), sure I could load the files on a USB but then I'd have issues updating and its too much hassle. So I'll be stick with IE for a while
