Looking at Joker in the Tumbler it reminds me on my theory that the original idea of DKR before Heath died might have been very similar to the actual script but without Bane being the main villain but Joker...

Yeah maybe possibly - though not sure if they really had a definitive story in mind for TDKR when Heath passed. I guess it's something we may never know!
