Yup. It's just requesting a payment via PayPal.

Absolutely fine, but best practice is to never follow a link from emails, log in from your browser and you'll see the invoice.

Like log into my Paypal account and then pay for it on the Paypal site?

yea, you never know the link brings you to a clone website and you enter your username & password there and they have access to your account. Applies to Banks account & anything you don't feel like sharing your password with.
