Iron Man 2 Mark II Should Hot Toys redo the Mark II?

I heard about four months ago from a source who works in Marvel licensing that Hot Toys was planning on doing a Mark 2 "autopsy suit" from IM2.

He described a cross between the original Mark 2 and the Mech Test innerframe, with removable chest, panels, etc. Basically the suit we see being disassembled prior to Hammer's weaponizing.

FYI--this guy told me HT was planning a Mark 3 battle damaged at least five months before the fig was announced, so there's his record. Maybe this fig won't see the light of day, but I'd bet that HT is at least working on a concept feasibility.

To have a Rhodey Mark 2 to pit against a drunken Mark 4 would be cool, no?

Would love to see the mark ii revisited with today's tech. Want the hammer drone more, but I would love to see this happen.

BD Mark III already looks outdated because of the awesomeness of the Mark IV. Doubtful Hot Toys would revisit it. Mark IV (or even VI) mold would be a more likely repaint, if such a repaint were to be made.

OMG, I understand what you are saying about repainting the mk4, what I don't get is why in the hell they would paint the mk4 platform in a silver mk2 color scheme, I feel like I'm being slipped crazy pills!
