What am i missing?, has he removed the pic of the styrofoam because from the linked auction above for IM there isnt a pic of the Styro, it does however mention theres a QC sticker on it, but thats it.
Have you asked him what colour it is or something?
EDIT: NEVERMIND, saw the Styro in the other auction when I went into completed listings.

Yup, he has another Iron Man up as well and in that auction you can definitely tell it's a fake. Plus look at the horrid pain on the Spiderman vs. Hulk dio.

if you haven't received yet, how do you know if your packaging is white or grey?
i checked my spidey hulk and it's definately gray packing. though not defending him, but his type lighting for the pics of the hulk-spidey, suck.
it's really hard to make paint comparisons with most of these pics that you see on the bay or elsewhere. since all of the different type of lights and camera quality etc.

Normally I would agree with you but that paint application on that statue is far inferior to the standard/non-fake Sideshow version. These are recasts or stolen from the factory in my opinion. Plus, to complicate the matter further he keeps selling more of the same exact statues. All of them known fakes. It's really a shame what happened with these statues.

Jake, why would you ever buy an item from Hong Kong (or Phillipines or anywhere similar)? You know better than that, or should have by now. But I'm glad you're filing a claim, that's probably an even more inconvenience to these *******s that keep selling this garbage. You may have to eat international shipping fees to send it back.

yeah. i certainly feel for anyone looking for one of these items now. you just don't know what your buying anymore. yes i agree to cautious with anything from that part of the world, but now you even have to watch close to home since these that are sold now will unknowingly be resold sooner or later.

i honestly don't know what i was thinking on this one. i guess i got a little excited at the prospect of picking up an exclusive at that price.

i really feel stupid after this, especially when you consider the fact that i tipped off a guy who bought two hulk dios from the same buyer. the seller ended up refunding the guy his money and told him to keep the statues when he threatened to turn his personal info over to marvel and sideshow. hopefully i won't have to pay shipping after all

that carton is obviously white and i had sideshow's customer service confirm that the red/gold comiquettes were indeed shipped in grey ones. no matter how you cut it, the guy is as shady as they come and needs to be shut down.

you have to keep an eye out... that's how i snagged a minty wolverine exclusive for 425 earlier today. i think it was up for a grand total of 15-20 minutes. i COULD flip it and make a quick $200, but i COULD just sit on it until they break 1k, which is just a matter of time.
