I bought this statue from Paulo as well, but I didn't encounter this problem.

All it means is he has more than One E-Mail Address on his account.
I have Three E-Mail Addresses attached to my account and can request money from any of those Addresses.
You don't need to claim something seems FISHY when the guy has been on here for Five Years and has plenty of Positive Feedback's without a single complaint.

Hi Brother

I am going to explain to you. To receive my payments in US$ I use my account and to receive payments in Brazilian reais I use my wife's account. As I had to pay Iron Studios and pay shipping in brazilian reais I used my wife's account fo the remaining balance and for the shipping payment.

I am shipping only 5 pieces a day as i have to open all statues, inspect all parts(8 parts by the way) plus test the light up function. I am also doing a double layer of protection after the brown shipping box to avoid any problems.
If you are not ok with the waiting time I can refund your payment. No hard feelings!

I am using one layer of waved cardboard. This way the corners are better protected.

And a final layer of brown paper. Hopefully it arrives to you guys safely.
