Yes this is true... I did not think about that due to the fact I usually look at him from the front.. But yes that is a very obvious seam.

i still think its a great piece even with this flaw
Yeah. In all honesty it does not bother me because of the location... Could be part of the suit. But it could have been done better.

To be honest I hope he blows me away, otherwise I might just decide not to keep him. Right now I don't think he can top the AoU Cap when it comes to overall presence so it will probably come down to how well I like the combo with WS. I'll see.

LOL that's a good position to be in. For myself just love the Civil War WS/Cap combo. On the other hand can't imagine Bucky wouldn't display perfectly well with Ultron Cap, thanks to Bucky sort of having a pedestal base. I do like (tho I hadn't thought about it until reading posts) having the shield front and center and this Cap being easy to handle - and he is just beautiful.
I'm just glad that from the looks of it IF Iron Studios does do Infinity War and does Cap, he's gonna look different from Ultron and CW Cap. And it looks like IW Bucky is back in tactical gear.
Which, of course, for me is instant buy.

That's the thing, I display them apart from each other but they do work nicely together. I love my current set-up though so I'm not sure if I wanna break that up to squeeze CW Cap in there ... Can you really have too many Captain Americas? LOL! They look great on top of your desk BTW! I would love to get the AOU Cap someday.
Finally!! Just got him and finished setting him up. :yes: He's really nice and I'm absolutely glad I got him. However, if I had to chose, I'd still pick the AoU.
Oh and ... he isn't flawless but nothing too bad. His foot won't sit flush on the base, there's like 1 mm space, and his left arm's magnet could be stronger/the fitting could be better.
Edit: HOT DAMN ... these two look great together!

Great photos! They do look good together. After I moved mine from one location their new one my Caps foot doesn't sit as close as it originally did. 
That's how the foot of mine is right now. I couldn't get it further into the base so I left it.
I hope I can get it out again if I ever have to.

and anyone else finally getting the last of the dio pieces in hand (except for unreleased IM). I hope Cap just sinks flush on his own - it is a tight fit or at least my Caps are. Don't know what to think - since I got lucky, it was fun getting those boxes and that first carefully assembly - but right now am glad the *angst* is over too and I don't have to move or re-assemble these guys any time soon.Love this Cap. I'm really happy I finally got both of them here and don't have to worry about paying a ****load of money for 1/4 statues or where to store their boxes anymore. Now I can just admire them from my desk and take pics. I decided to put Ant-Man with AoU Cap for now and I really like how he looks there.
I thought about maybe selling the CW Cap or not keeping it coz I got the AoU one and that one is just so damn fine but I think I don't have any other choice but to keep both Caps as CW Cap really shines next to Buck. It's really not a solo piece though, so if anyone was just gonna buy a Cap, I'd recommend the AoU one. But yeah, with Buck (or with Falcon as well) the CW Cap gains loads of presence.

Just received # 81. Unfortunately Ant-man has his pinky finger broken off. Hopefully Sideshow is able to get a replacement. But other than that, the piece is flawless! Can’t wait for Mark 46

His fingers are small and black, both very forgiving qualities. Grab some epoxy clay, model up a little pinky and paint it. You'll never be able to tell
