As many others have already said, you can't go wrong with Alter Ego. They are my first choice for new HT figures. I currently have 4 or 5 figures preordered, and my T-800 Terminator was well packed. You won't be sorry.

Hey guys-

Not to resurrect and old thread here, but I am a new guy and have a question:

Does Alter Ego pack-out their shipments by default or do you have to call and pay extra like Sideshow. I am a mint box collector and very picky about my boxes arriving in mint condition.

Also, has anyone had a shipment arrive with slight box damage and tried to get a replacement? (Either the box or whole thing)

Sideshow's customer service is top notch and been more than willing to help me out immediately when there is a "minor" issue like I described above. Not that I have any issue with SS and will be a customer for a long time, but if I can save some cash on the non-exclusives, that would be cool too!
