Is the Ghost Rider worth getting??

Just seen some pics in other threads and he does look very good but I've heard quite a few reports of damage to this piece, notibly the flames.

Is he worth getting dispite this fact? I've also got to bare in mind that I live in the UK so returning it may be a hassle......

The flame breakage that I have read reported was mostly to the base available with the Exclusive versions. If you get the exclusive, expect a break and get out the glue. The regular version won't have this problem with no base flames so if you're looking to just display your GR, the regular may be the better route to take. They are dirt cheap on Amazon.com I believe. Do a forum search.

It's an awesome statue

But the breakage problem isn't that good
I got Old West regular with several broken pieces. One of the baddest packing job i've seen from SS

No breackage here! And satisfaction is at a 110%! so dont wait! it will just get more expensive.

If I were overseas, I'd probably try to avoid the hassle by just getting the regular. But yes, this is an awesome looking statue and now is the time to get it before it rises in value.

These were my first two Marvel pieces and they are awesome. I had the tip of a flame break off on my Old West Exclusive, but it was easily fixed and you can not tell....they really are quite the sight, even great pics do not do them justice...in person they are simply breathtaking. I personally like the Old West GR the best, but am glad that I have both in my collection. Hope you get one, I really do not think you would be disappointed.

Whether you are a Ghost Rider fan or not, this statue is amazing. I totally recommend getting this. I did not have any problem with the flames on my Modern Ghost Rider Excl. but with the Western there were couple of flames that were broken off.

I had never even heard of GR until I saw pics of the statues...and I knew immediately that I wanted them because they were some of the coolest statues I had ever seen....You can get them below retail now...so I would jump on it!!

I too was never a big fan of the comic, but this statue was so cool looking I had to have it in my collection.

same here. i also went the non-exclusive route when i started to read about the high rate of base breakages.

I sent mine back for a refund:

• Because some of the flames on his head were broken
• I had too many things coming at the same time
• It was low on the priority list.

Since I got my Medicom Ghost Rider I've changed my tune and I am now looking for at least a regular GR.
