Thanks for thinking of me but I think it is way too late in the game for me to give them a call. I already accepted the discount they gave me and glued the flame back.

I am not sour about it. I think they have a certain number of replacements that they set aside that aren't numbered and once those run out, then that's it. With that system they don't alter the ES.
