Is this error of Spock statue a SSF piece?

I have this 13" tall Spock statue whose name on the bottom says Capt. James T. Kirk. On the bottom it does not have all the printing as the actual Capt Kirk statue.. The bottom of the actual Kirk piece reads: Star Trek, TM ® & © 1997, Paramount Pictures, Number 313 in a Limited Edition Issuance of 2500.

if you bought it new from a retailer, that would be something. if you bought it second hand on ebay, i would say someone put a spock statue on a kirk base.

If you bought it new from a retailer we may have found a company with worse QC than the one I have been dealing with.

I actually got them from a guy who was an executive with Blockbuster. I also have these.
