Any leads on sculptors or places/artists who offer one is greatly appreciated. I do not have the capability to 3d print anything.

Duke might be able to make you one. His sculpts aren't exactly cheap though.
I tried linking his page, but I think you have to sign into FB to see it.

Sean Dabbs made a figure for the Witch, you can probably still ask him for a sculpt.
