Just a quick update… the original shipment package was deemed lost by the shipping company. I had to send the official document from the shipping company that confirms the package was lost to the exo operations email address. A few days later, I received the tracking number for a new Bashir figure. This one arrived in 5 days. Good to know they have good customer service for lost packages… my confidence has been restored.Thanks for your advice. I called the shipping company and they were quite helpful. Hopefully it will be on its way soon. I'll give it another two weeks to show up. If not, I'll have to grab this from another source or risk highly inflated aftermarket prices to complete my DS9 set... Unfortunate series of events. I know it's not EXO's fault but I would at least expect a response. Just sent them an email to their invoice address, so hopefully this one gets through.
