Those first few years worth of figures ('82-'84) mean a lot to me. This line loses it's charm the further away from that they get.
I think they said it with a lower case and were referring to environmental specialties (although Marine is technically a division of Navy).

I could see them doing Gung-Ho on the RNR body they have now, but with a closed vest. I imagine he'd look like Blaine from Predator only with a grenade launcher.
Stinger Driver seems like a no-brainer to me. The tooling is done just throw in a gascan and call it a day.
Sadly I think the lack of "enthusiasm" in regards to the Desert guys had a hand in the fate of any more Trooper repaints. They did end up giving those away.

If they would given them different sculpts and maybe weapons, they would not have had that problem.

my bet is the 1st one will be revealed soon (possibly this month) or its the SDCC Exclusive
the next two,I bet we won't see till July SDCC (for 2014 releases)..
honestly,they need to blow their load and show all 3 now in a preview reveal or something
