When did he say Shockwave was coming? it was mentioned long time ago in Sideshow's QnA,but I bet it wasn't him that answered....(he also never mentioned Shockwave at all in the two interviews done by flag points)
Matt Bischof is still on the 1/6 scale Joe line,so oviously he is not one of the group that got canned

who cares about Shockwave when there are MANY better figures to do
they need make figures that will sell if the line is to keep going
besides,Destro is coming

Shockwave is a popular character and being a SWAT figure will interestest non Joe collectors. And was said to be in the works.
And if Destro has that umpire looking jacket like the concept sketch, yes, I'll hate on it.

no where near the popularity of the likes of Gung-ho,Scarlet,Roadblock,Snowjob,Mutt and Junkyard,Shipwreck etc
those are the Joe fans want the most

Of those only Shipwreck is easier to make than Shockwave.
But SS is a do over phase right now so Flint or Dusty is prolly next.

I am not saying Shockwave wouldn't be cool,but after Sideshow has released 50 Joe figures,then make him
CC and (soon Stormshadow) are worthy do-over's,I don't see Flint/Dusty ever again....By recent interviews,it might take forever,but Sideshow has stated many characters they are looking to do
