I just set to record it once its on again, thought I had it set for last night, but nowhere to be seen on my listings.

blah, Mr. Green can't get satisfaction anymore. what's with this episode that put him to sleep toward the end

Just watched the first two episodes on on demand.
It's not that bad so far.
It reminds me of the TV show Forever Knight, where a vampire was a detective and only a handful of people knew he was the undead.

We're watching because my wife is a huge Veronica Mars fan and so shes trying this out, most of it is pretty easy to take, but the acting ability of the detective is more out of place than the thought that the star is a zombie who solves crimes by eating brains, god damn his every line is cringe inducing.

We've watched the first four, and are really enjoying it. If you were to explain this show and Veronica Mars, you'd think they had nothing in common - and yet, the story and style is just about identical. If you liked VM, you'll like this.

Anybody still watching this? That finale was absolutely fantastic. I can't wait for Season 2, and I'm both simultaneously bummed and happy that it was only 13 episodes. Disappointed because I was hoping this would give me something to watch between everything ending, but also happy because you can really see just how high quality the show is, since they don't have to put in a bunch of filler with no relevance to the story at hand.

My wife and I watch it. Still find it fun to watch, though I might not watch it if I where single. It's one of those shows for me that is an 'our show'.

I watch it and I'm single. Guess that means I'm a loser.

So am I, but I don't think dwing meant anything derogatory by it. Just that it probably wouldn't have caught his attention if not for the input of his wife. At least that's what I took from it.

No, he's a loser. J/K. There's just certain shows that are mine like Justified, Hell on wheels and some others that she just has no real interest in. Though she did watch Justified the first few seasons and lost interest in Hell on Wheels. She like a few shows that while they are well received and written well they just don't hold me. We have shows that we love-Supernatural, Walking Dead, Daredevil, Sleepy hollow and way too many others.

I don't know if I would have given this a chance if she did not love all things Zombie.

This was kind of like Supernatural for me. Back when Smallville was still on the air, I used to watch Angel right after, then that ended, and I just started watching Supernatural, and, before long, I was hooked. I'd say this one was a bit more of an uphill battle, but I needed something to watch after Flash once SN moved to Wednesday, and that's all she wrote.
