Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

I have been able to get on all day, so Im playing catch up now. Have gotten a bunch of messages saying don't change anything on the sculpt its perfect. Im updating my list now as well. This is from Casino Royale, I may sculpt alternate hair at a later time for the Skyfall look if people want that too.

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

ZC World did a really nice Walther P99 that was included in one of its weapon sets, but it was silver and would need to be painted black. Its the one that Pixel was talking about with the removable laser sights:

That one looks very good. As you mentioned, just needs to be painted completely black.

That appears to be a SIG P-226, though.

Dragon did a very rare, long sold out P99 a few years ago, which have the removable lights. I own two of them :D

Lucky dog! I will look around for that one as well.

Thanks Everyone! :duff

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

Good luck!

I know Selena from the underworld film uses twin p99s, maybe you could look for loose items from any figure releases of her, too.

that's the one I have. I have a suppressor that I need to mod to fit

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

Let me know how you make out with the mod Gipetto! I've got so many spare suppressors that I'd really like to fit to my guns somehow. :)

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

Rocco's got the Moore and Connery castings in so he will be taking care of the shipping and sharing pictures of the casts soon. :)

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

Cool, was just able to snag a peak lapel jacket from the Agent Paul figure for $26. Here's hoping it actually looks pretty decent in hand...

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

I have an extra original orange Bbkill Daniel Craig for sale $50 whoever wants it.

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

Wow, that's a super generous offer and below original price - anyone who's been interested in that sculpt would be silly to pass it up.

Do you have a pic? You can PM me. I'll buy it now if it's painted. Has anyone seen this sculpt on ebay? Eleven??? Not bad at all for $30 shipped from china.

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

Two issues with that Eleven sculpt... It's much darker and much larger than it appears in most photos.

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

Nontheless, it is a great sculpt and personally I couldn't be happier with it:

Its a hair large, but still well enough in scale. Have zero problem with darkness though.

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

Maybe there's variation in the paint, because mine makes the typical SSC/Hot Toys sculpt look like they have Stoya's complexion. Neither the face nor hair paint look even remotely similar to that photo you just posted under any kind of ambient lighting. The only way I can get a similar look is to blast it with flash from a camera - but the photo looks nothing like the sculpt held in hand.

I'm pretty sure the sculpt is cast/painted darker than the Vin Diesel head on the recent Art Figures Pitch Black figure - I'd have to take that one down from a high shelf to compare side by side though.

Probably ruined my chances of selling it to anyone on the forum... ;)

Anyway, this wasn't another review of this sculpt, this was strictly a case of replying to Lex's inquiry regarding the BBKill sculpt.
